Zacon Balanced Ventilation Door can be controlled in one of 3 (three) ways:

1. Manual
2. Electro-Pnumatic
3. Electro-Hydraulic

Control

• On board computer communicates and operates with surface if required.
• Surface Control for Control of Air Flow.
• Surface Control for Blasting Operations.
• Spragge System with positive feed back for Door Position.
• Infinite Positioning.
• Automatic Re-Positioning.

Safety

• Safety Zone
• Current Sensor: If Door is pushed open Door will Release all pressure to ensure damage to system and equipment is minimal.
• Blast design components will automatically release doors on concussion pressures.

Economics

• Least expensive system for the minimum (or) most amount of control.
